In
the 19th century, the stages-coaches from CAEN to the capital took the
cheese trail, that is to say : A la Grâce de Dieu Inn's route. They stopped off for the night and
the following day, at the time of departure, the innkpeer gather them
together and whished them a good trip and hop to see them soon. But when they left the Inn, it was
to face the small valleys, and, the forests where the brigands where hidden. Knowing their motto : "Your
